Return and Exchanges

At Mobitify, we want you to be in love with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the exact same condition as when received. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee in both return or exchange circumstances.

To make a return or exchange, please contact hello@mobitify.com as soon possible. Mobitify will then walk you through the steps to do so. Please note, Mobitify does not provide pre-paid return/exchange labels. We are not responsible for lost return or exchange parcels. When sending anything back to us, please beware of this and select a shipping service accordingly.

Returns are only processed once the product has arrived back at our facility. Returns will only be processed to the original method of payment. Once processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

If you’re making an exchange, we’re happy to cover the cost to ship back the corrected product. If you have received the wrong product, please email hello@mobitify.com so this can be corrected immediately. In this instance, you are not responsible for costs associated with return and reshipment. If you have received the product damaged or faulty, please email hello@mobitify.com along with photo documentation of the damages so that we can fully address the issue in a timely manner.
